Ubud’s Mosaic restaurant is the top restaurant in Bali.

Head chef Chris Salans formerly worked under David Bouley and Thomas Keller.  The food at Mosaic restaurant reflects his years of training under both famous chefs as well as his own inventive style and access to fresh Asian ingredients.
When dining at Mosaic restaurant, guests are given a glass of Champagne in the lounge area, and then are allowed to choose which tasting menu they want to have for dinner.  The cost ranges from 550,000-750,000 INR, which is significantly less than what one would pay for the same quality food in New York, London, or Napa Valley.
From the lounge, guests are taken to their table in the restaurant.  Diners at Mosaic can choose to sit outside in the beautiful patio or inside the restaurant.
