The mid-levels escalator in Hong Kong is the world’s longest covered escalator. Running from Des Voeux Road in the Central district with Conduit Road in the Mid-levels, the Hong Kong city escalator is a great way to get around the city and avoid the traffic in the streets below. Raised one level above the street, the Hong Kong city escalator has great views of the bustling shops, restaurants, and roads below. The escalator has regular gaps to let people on and off at popular streets in Central and SoHo.
