Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau, Hong Kong

The Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau, Hong Kong, is the tallest outdoor statue of buddha in the world. The Tian Tan Buddha in Hong Kong is a bronze statue that was erected in 1993 near Po Lin Monastery on the island of Lantau. While the Tian Tan Buddha is a religious statue, it also attracts visitors from around the world.

Tian Tan Buddha Opening Hours:

Po Lin Monastery and the Tian Tan Buddha are open between 10:00am and 5:45pm. Access to the Tian Tan Buddha in Hong Kong is free of charge.
