It is possible to get a tourist visa for Myanmar in Bangkok.
The Myanmar visa office in Bangkok is right around the corner from the Myanmar embassy in Bangkok.
To get a Myanmar visa in Bangkok, you must go to the visa office. Make sure to get there early, as lines can be very long by mid-morning.
When you get inside the Myanmar visa office in Bangkok, you will fill out Myanmar visa forms. In addition to the forms, you must provide two identical passport-size photos and your passport.
Once you have paid for your Myanmar visa in Bangkok, you must leave your passport at the Myanmar visa office for two business days. Your Myanmar visa will be ready for pick up at 15:00 two business days after you apply for your Myanmar visa in Bangkok.
