The Garden Guest House is one of the best B&Bs in Colombo. The hotel is run out of the home of a Sri Lankan woman that will welcome you and make you feel like you are a guest in her home. She will happily help you with sightseeing, train reservations, and any other travel needs you have while visiting Sri Lanka.

The guest house is in a residential neighborhood not far from the Colombo train station and major sightseeing attractions. It is decorated in bright pinks and blues, and has an indoor rock garden and fountain.

Rooms at the Garden Guest House in Colombo are medium sized and have twin beds or double beds. There is one larger room with bunk beds, which is great for families. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, fans, air conditioning, TV’s, and radios.

The B&B has free Wi-Fi and hot water, and the breakfast spread is large and plentiful. You can also get other meals at the guest house upon request.
