Most taxis from Colombo Airport to the Colombo city center will cost around 22,500 to 25,000 rupees, depending on the time of day and how much you can negotiate.
The taxi ride from the airport to Colombo takes around 45 minutes to an hour. There can be heavy traffic on the roads, so sometimes the drive takes longer.
